Identify whether the email needs action and create a short triage summary.
If the email requires a reply or follow-up, use the write tool to create a Note with:
- Title: Brief summary prefixed with appropriate emoji (action needed / FYI / low priority)
- Content: Who sent it, what they need, and suggested next step
